Legal Status
Raut Micro Development Foundation is a Section 8 Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, operating on a non-profit basis.
Charitable & Social Nature
The Foundation operates solely for the promotion of:
✔ Social welfare
✔ Livelihood development
✔ Women empowerment
✔ Education, training & health awareness
✔ Rural and community development
All activities are carried out strictly in accordance with the objects stated in its Memorandum of Association.
Program-Based Financial Assistance & Support
The Foundation may provide:
✔ Livelihood support and economic empowerment programs
✔ Interest-free or need-based micro-level financial assistance
✔ Resource facilitation and capacity building
✔ Skill development and self-employment support
⚠ The Foundation does NOT operate as an NBFC and does not engage in commercial lending, interest-based financing, or deposit-taking activities.
Program Charges & Beneficiary Contribution
Participation in certain programs, services or initiatives may involve:
✔ Nominal program charges
✔ Beneficiary contribution
✔ Cost-sharing or service fees
Such charges are collected strictly to:
- Sustain program operations
- Cover administrative or implementation costs
- Ensure long-term viability of social initiatives
⚠ These charges are not intended for profit distribution and are fully utilized for achieving the charitable objects of the Foundation.
No Profit Distribution
The Foundation does not distribute any profit, dividend or financial benefit to its members or directors.
All income is utilized solely for the promotion of its objects.
Donation Policy
✔ Donations are voluntary
✔ Donations are non-refundable except in case of technical or duplicate payment errors
✔ Donations do not confer any personal or commercial benefit
✔ Donations are utilized strictly for charitable and social purposes
